Chris Henderson is a Chartered Professional Accountant and the managing partner at Rossworn Henderson LLP, a full service public accounting firm in the North Okanagan of BC.
Chris takes pride in his ability to teach and bring complex topics to an understandable level. He uses this skill to help his clients succeed by helping them plot a course to their future, while assisting them to evaluate and capitalize on opportunities that present themselves during their journey, including the purchase and sale of business, succession and estate planning, and accounting for individuals, companies, and not-for-profits.
Beyond the above, Chris is a registered consultant with the BC Ministry of Agriculture Canadian Farm Business Advisory Service, specifically helping farmers with farm taxation and farm succession. In this capacity, he is a regular presenter throughout BC for the Ministry of Agriculture, leading workshops on these topics.
Nathalie Merrill is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a partner at Rossworn Henderson LLP. What sets Nathalie apart from other accountants is her passion toward helping her clients succeed and reach their goals. Her 17 year experience as an owner/manager of a small business means that Nathalie understands what is involved with being a business owner. Nathalie specializes in the areas of succession, reorganizations and estate planning and is fluent in French and English. She lives on a small acreage in Vernon. In her free time, Nathalie enjoys her kids and grandkids as well as many outdoor activities including mountain biking, paddle boarding, skiing and hiking.

Dustin Stadnyk is a Chartered Professional Accountant and tax specialist at Rossworn Henderson LLP, a full service public accounting firm in the North Okanagan. People often use the term “tax specialist” quite freely without having undergone the proper training. Dustin has undergone the CPA’s 3-year in-depth tax program that allows him to assist other accountants with their complex tax problems.
Building his accounting foundation in Kelowna with a large regional firm, Dustin soon realized that he enjoyed the smaller town atmosphere and moved his family north to Vernon where he currently resides. Away from the office, Dustin and his family enjoys soccer, baseball, swimming, camping and fishing.
Dustin works in all facets of public practice, but specializes primarily in taxation matters. He enjoys working with not-for-profit organizations, privately held businesses, professionals, and family farms.
Dustin is actively involved in the community. Dustin is a currently an active member and Past President of The Rotary Club of Kalamalka. He is also the former Treasurer for the Enderby and District Chamber of Commerce, Former Treasurer for the Endery Spray Park Fundraising Committee, a former Director of the Vernon Science and Discovery Society, and is a former member of the Lumby Lions Club.
Loren grew up in Vernon obtaining her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Okanagan College and her CA designation in 2014. Loren has been with the firm since 2011 and concentrates on audits of municipalities and not-for-profit organizations, notice to reader engagements, tax planning for individuals and small business as well as corporate and personal tax returns. Outside of work, she enjoys soccer, snowboarding and boating on Kalamalka Lake.
Carling obtained her Bachelor of Social Work in 2007 from UBC Okanagan, completed generalized business and accounting classes in 2013 at Okanagan College, and successfully wrote the CFE in 2015. Carling worked at a national firm in Alberta for six years before joining Rossworn Henderson LLP in 2020. Carling concentrates on audit, review, and compilation engagements as well as corporate and individual tax planning. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and spending as much time as possible with her niece.
