Chris Henderson is a Chartered Professional Accountant and the managing partner at Rossworn Henderson LLP, a full service public accounting firm in the North Okanagan of BC.
Chris takes pride in his ability to teach and bring complex topics to an understandable level. He uses this skill to help his clients succeed by helping them plot a course to their future, while assisting them to evaluate and capitalize on opportunities that present themselves during their journey, including the purchase and sale of business, succession and estate planning, and accounting for individuals, companies, and not-for-profits.
Beyond the above, Chris is a registered consultant with the BC Ministry of Agriculture Canadian Farm Business Advisory Service, specifically helping farmers with farm taxation and farm succession. In this capacity, he is a regular presenter throughout BC for the Ministry of Agriculture, leading workshops on these topics.

Loren's Bio
Loren grew up in Vernon obtaining her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Okanagan College and her CA designation in 2014. Loren has been with the firm since 2011 and concentrates on audits of municipalities and not-for-profit organizations, notice to reader engagements, tax planning for individuals and small business as well as corporate and personal tax returns. Outside of work, she enjoys soccer, snowboarding and boating on Kalamalka Lake.

Carling's Bio
Carling obtained her Bachelor of Social Work in 2007 from UBC Okanagan, completed generalized business and accounting classes in 2013 at Okanagan College, and successfully wrote the CFE in 2015. Carling worked at a national firm in Alberta for six years before joining Rossworn Henderson LLP in 2020. Carling concentrates on audit, review, and compilation engagements as well as corporate and individual tax planning. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, and spending as much time as possible with her niece.

Brett's Bio
Brett obtained his Bachelor of Science in 2016 from UBC Okanagan, completed a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting in 2019 at Okanagan College, and successfully wrote the CFE in 2023. Brett has been with the firm since 2019 and concentrates on audit, review, and compilation engagements. Outside of work, he enjoys board games and going for walks with his dogs.
